- That's just sad. Ababa Tesfaye was like my TV dad back in the day. Was the Kitfo place "Girma Kitfo Bet"? (Comment this)

- Ababa Tesfaye has been selling books and cassettes in Addis for a long long long time - way before he got sacked from his job. It's always uncomfortable to watch - but ye megist demoz yetim aydersem - so I guess it's extra income. (Comment this)

- I heard this story from my cousin. I guess he's been doing this for a while. It is sad to see a talented man selling his precious books on the street. (Comment this)

- you know he probably sells more books this way than if his books were collecting dust on bookstore shelves. Nothing like direct promotion by the famous man himself. I think he just did the numbers and found that this is the best way to promote and sell his books. However, I'm sure the loss of his job hurts quite a bit. Whatever his salary was, it would at least cover the utilities, food, and transportation.

- Why is that you Amhara people can't change? what you preache and what you do are always completly different. you guyes are so carfuel not be called racist but no matter what you try,u couldn't hide it from our eyes. I am Gurage and I never been ashamed of by being called Listro or any of the names you give us. But it makes me sick when you held yourself up without nothing. I am starting to hate you, unlike of my people who don't have a place for such nonsense.
